• All prices are in Hong Kong dollars.

• Products on this website are available for sale in Hong Kong and Macau only.

• Products listed on this website are available while stocks last.

• All orders are subject to the Company's acceptance, at its sole discretion.

• All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.

• All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• We reserve the right to adjust product prices and information as necessary, and without notice.

• We reserve the right to add and remove products from this website at our discretion, and without notice.

• Images displayed on this site represent the actual product but may not show the exact colour stated. Images are not always available for every product, in every colour.

• We are continuously working to update product images as they become available.

• Images of cushions show the fabric colour, not the complete cushion.

• Please do discuss this with us if you have any questions regarding the images presented to you.

• For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay credit cards.

• We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallet payments.

• Payment is considered made when we have received the full cleared amount without claim, deductions, or off-sets.

• All bank charges are for the account of the buyer.

• Before making a purchase, please ensure that all products in the order will fit through the access points to the final destination at your property (i.e., through doorways / into lifts / up, down and around staircases etc). Please do discuss this with us if you have any questions before you make your purchase.

• Stair charges apply where the Hong Kong delivery location is not serviced by a lift.

• We reserve the right to decline to carry up products, where the products are unsuitable for carry up or the available passage / space makes carry up unsuitable or unsafe.

• Hoisting services (if required) will be quoted for separately.

• Separate delivery costs will be quoted for deliveries outside of Hong Kong (where possible).

• Should you wish to collect the products yourself from our warehouse, please advise us.

• Products are packaged for delivery to Hong Kong locations. Where products are being shipped overseas, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange the transportation of the products together with suitable packaging.

• Delivery of all products is to be completed within 10 days from the date of order.

• Beyond this, no provision is made for storage in your order.

• Storage is charged at 5% of invoice total per week or part thereof.

• The warranty available on products you purchase, is a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defective parts and workmanship.

• The length of the warranty may vary by manufacturer and may also be for different for individual parts of a single product. Please contact us, should you wish to see the full warranty details on any product.

• The warranty on all products will commence from the delivery date to you of the products in Hong Kong.

• The warranty excludes normal wear and tear caused by regular use of the product.

• The warranty will be invalid where the product has been modified, misused, damaged, handled carelessly, neglected, not cleaned, or properly maintained.

• The warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the product.

• There is no warranty available for “on sale” products.

• Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase.

• In the event of a warranty claim that is accepted by the manufacturer, the cost of any labour and transport to deliver and change parts within Hong Kong, is not included in the warranty. These costs will be charged to you, as the owner of the product.

• All products remain the property of Resource Asia Hong Kong Limited until payment has been received in full.

• If we are unable to fulfil the order after payment is made, we will inform you as soon as practicable and arrange for full refund of the money paid.

• We are entitled to refuse any Order placed by you at any time.
